Off-site backup is a scheduled automated backup service that will backup pre-defined customer specified data and system information to a staging area first, then to a tape backup for delivery to an off-site data storage warehouse. Restoration of data up to one day is restored immediately from the staging centre. Restoration of data backups older than one day will commence within a two and a half hour period.
